Thank you for shopping with GMWNG. We strive to ensure a satisfying experience with every order. Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at service@gmwng.com.
Please note: A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 will be deducted from the refund to cover payment gateway charges and operational costs.
Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, it can no longer be canceled.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

You did not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery time (45 business days, excluding the 2–5 day processing period).

You received a wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective.

A description of the issue

Clear unboxing photos or videos of the defective item
Once your claim is approved, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement. For incorrect or defective items, return shipping will be covered by us.
3. Returns Due to Personal Preference
If you would like to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered), we accept returns under these conditions:

You contact us within 30 days of purchase or 14 days after delivery (whichever is later)

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

All tags and accessories are intact
Please note:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping

If returning due to size issues, you will also be responsible for the original shipping cost
To initiate a return, email service@gmwng.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we will provide the return address.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 1–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
5. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return
Refunds or returns will not be issued for the following cases:

Items returned without prior approval

Items not in original condition (used, damaged, or incomplete)

Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Orders held by customs or delayed by events beyond our control

Wrong size selection where a sizing chart was available

Electronic products

Pre-order or custom-made items, unless defective

Orders already in transit or beyond the return window
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is confirmed lost or misdelivered due to the carrier’s error, we will send a replacement free of charge.
If incorrect shipping information was entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any cost related to reshipping or reordering.
